Orders will be shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable import duties can be paid at the time of checkout. There should be no additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped.
Customers who refuse a shipment from VANESSA SPOSI are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.

Signature upon delivery is required. Please provide an address that is attended during business hours. If you are unable to receive your order, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of a successful delivery.

What happens if my package gets lost?Please email us at info@vanessasposi.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.
