RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made through the returns portal below and sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns made outside this period cannot be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers

For customers located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of your order via our online returns portal. A confirmation will be sent to you by email after receipt of your request.

VANESSA SPOSI reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return or any return that does not comply with our return policy and procedures.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Upon receipt of your return, the items will be carefully inspected by our team. Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding the initial shipping fees.

Please note that a restocking fee of €10 will automatically be deducted from the refunded amount in order to cover restocking and processing costs.

In the event of any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and size, VANESSA SPOSI reserves the right to refuse the return or refund.

VANESSA SPOSI does not offer exchanges as part of its standard return procedure. However, if you would like a different size, we invite you to contact our team at returns@vanessasposi.com. Subject to availability, a solution may be reviewed with our customer service team.

VANESSA SPOSI will not issue any refund if the returned products do not correspond to the items ordered or if they do not come from the official VANESSA SPOSI online store.

Customers who refuse a VANESSA SPOSI delivery will be responsible for the initial shipping fees, any import duties charged, as well as the return shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers (UK, US, AUS, Switzerland, DROM REST OF THE WORLD) are responsible for return costs.

The initial shipping costs, as well as any return costs and customs taxes, will not be refunded.

Vanessa Sposi cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend including tracking and insurance to protect your shipment.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Enter the email address used to purchase the item(s) and the order number.
  2. Select the product(s) you wish to return
  3. Use the QR code at your local post office or print the prepaid shipping label.
  4. Return the product(s) to us within 14 days.
  5. Receive your refund*.
