Shipping costs are free on this online store for France only when the amount is over 300€. Please note that we are not able to deliver to Russia at the moment. We hope to be able to serve Russia in the near future.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that any applicable import duties can be paid at the time of ordering. There should be no additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Customers who refuse a shipment from VANESSA SPOSI are responsible for the initial shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning your package; these charges will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF THE SHIPMENT
All accepted orders will be processed within two business days of receipt. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. More information on our shipping policies can be found HERE. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number.
The delivery times listed above are based on addresses located in metropolitan areas. If you are located in a regional area, please allow an additional 1-2 business days.
A signature is required on delivery. Please provide an address where collection can be made during office hours. If you are unable to receive your order, any person accepting the goods on your behalf will constitute proof of successful delivery.
If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, Vanessa Sposi is not responsible for incorrect information.
Please note: Orders are shipped once all items are available. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your entire order will ship as soon as the items are available for shipment. If you would like your orders to ship separately, please place separate orders.

What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at info@vanessasposi.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to help you. However, we are not responsible for packages for which there is proof of delivery.
