VANESSA SPOSI is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction; Should you need to return your purchase, please ensure returns are made within 14 days of receiving your goods.
VANESSA SPOSI will only provide a refund if your item is faulty.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original plastic packaging it came in. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
Please follow our returns process below:
- Complete the return request (electronic form below) within 7 days of the date of delivery indicating the items you wish to return.
- You will receive an email response with an RGA number (Returned Garments Authorisation).
- Complete the Returns Form that was included with your delivery – ensure you complete all sections of the form.
- Please package the garments up with the completed Returns Form and post (within 14 days of the original delivery date) to:

VANESSA SPOSI is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
International customers (EUROPE, DROM REST OF THE WORLD) are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns outside 14 days are subject to rejection. VANESSA SPOSI reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to swap into a new size or style, please return your order for and place a new order.
Please note that refunds are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale.

We work hard to ensure that all of our items are of the highest standard and quality. Howerver, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise.
We’ll email you a shipping label for to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging.
A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn in order for refund.
