RETURN POLICY

SALE CONDITIONS

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items or any items purchased using a discount code or as part of a sale promotion.  All discounted items are considered final sale. This excludes our Welcome sign-up offer used on a full-price order.

RETURNS

Vanessa Sposi strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and we want you to find a product you love.

We are unable to offer refunds. Please note an automatic 10€ restocking fee is subtracted, which covers the return label costs. This will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be lodged via the returns portal below and returned back within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. VANESSA SPOSI reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, with all labels still attached. Clothing must not have been worn or washed. Swimwear must be tried on with an undergarment.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, garments will be checked before being approved for refund. Once a refund has been approved, your return will be processed. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days of receipt of returned garments, excluding shipping costs.

Each Product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. In case of depreciation of the Product resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and the characteristics of the Product, VANESSA SPOSI reserves the right to refuse the refund or the exchange of the Product.

VANESSA SPOSI will not make any refund if the Products returned by the Customer do not correspond to the Product (s) ordered or would have another origin than the Online Shop VANESSA SPOSI.

We are unable to offer exchanges, we instead ask that you return your order for a refund following the above steps, and purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.

International customers (UK, US, AUS, Switzerland, DROM REST OF THE WORLD) are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

VANESSA SPOSI is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Customers who refuse a shipment from VANESSA SPOSI are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Enter the email used to purchase the item/s and the order number
  2. Select the product/s you would like to return
  3. Use the QR code at your local USPS or print the prepaid shipping label
  4. Ship the product/s back to us within 14 days
  5. Receive your refund*
