RETURN POLICY
Returns must be processed via the return portal below and sent back within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. VANESSA SPOSI reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns that do not comply with our return policy and procedures.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, with all tags attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
Once the returned merchandise is received, the items will be inspected before approval for a refund. Upon approval, your return will be processed. Refunds will be issued within 3–5 days of receiving the returned items, excluding shipping fees.
Please note that a €10 restocking fee will automatically be deducted, covering the cost of restocking. This fee will be subtracted from your refund.
Each item must be returned in new condition with its original packaging. If the product shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, VANESSA SPOSI reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
VANESSA SPOSI will not process refunds if the returned items do not match the original order or are found to originate from a source other than the VANESSA SPOSI online store.
Vanessa Sposi reserves the right to deny any unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet our return policy and procedures.
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and place a new order for the desired items through the standard purchasing process.
Customers who refuse a shipment from Vanessa Sposi are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers (UK, US, AUS, Switzerland, DROM, Rest of the World) are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any applicable duties and taxes will not be refunded.
Vanessa Sposi is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We strongly recommend including tracking and insurance to safeguard your shipment.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND SALE ITEMS
Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items, items purchased using a discount code, or items bought as part of a promotional offer. All discounted items are considered final sale. This excludes our welcome sign-up offer applied to full-price orders.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and are not valid on sale items.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Enter the email used to purchase the item/s and the order number
- Select the product/s you would like to return
- Use the QR code at your local USPS or print the prepaid shipping label
- Ship the product/s back to us within 14 days
- Receive your refund*
