While COVID-19 continues to impact the health, safety and daily lives of people and businesses around the world, we would like to share the steps we are taking as a company to protect you and our community. We carefully follow the guidelines and best practices provided by the Government, WHO and other national health agencies. Our online shop remains open for pre-orders and orders will be processed at the end of containment with the firm intention of being able to send your orders to you as soon as possible as soon as our factories in Portugal and France resume operations. We are optimistic and full of hope for the future. Please read the following options regarding the placing of any order during this period. ONLINE ORDERS  

Our online shop remains open for pre-orders and orders will be processed at the end of the confinement with the firm intention of being able to send you your orders as soon as possible once our factories in Portugal and France are back in operation.

EXTENSION OF RETURNS 

We have extended our return policy to 30 days. If your return is likely to fall outside this period, please contact return@vanessasposi.com for more information. 

DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING 

We process all orders as usual and continue to expedite shipments when selected, but we ask our customers to anticipate the possibility of external delays with our shipping partners.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in delivery and a temporary increase in shipping costs. Some international destinations have suspended delivery during this period – please contact us for more information.
